Application:

As known that Molecular Sieve is an alkali alumino silicate with different effective pore size like 0.3nm, 0.4nm, 0.5nm, 10nm, i.e. 3A 4A 5A 13X types.

Chemxin Molecular Sieve is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, environmental, pharmaceutical, aerospace fields for drying and gas adsorption.

 

Quality Control:

Product quality is the most important part during production, there is no doubt that Molecular Sieve is the same.

Adsorption rate, Uniform particle, Density, Crushing strength, Water content...are the main parameter to judge the product quality.

 

How to Test: 

Today we will show you about the Molecular Sieve adsorption capacity through a simple way. That is test the temperature. How to say? As you known Molecular Sieve is physical adsorption, when they adsorb moisture, the temperature of the sieve will rising. Usually we will prepare a 20 grams 25(C1) water; put 10 grams Molecular Sieve into this water; then mark the highest temperature (C2). C2-C1=Temperature difference. For example 4A Molecular Sieve temperature difference is about 20. Please see below Chemxin Lab testing steps.
