Precautions:

Molecular sieves should be protected by pre-adsorbed water, organic gases or liquids before use, or regenerated.

Regeneration:

1. Removal of moisture: depends on the water content, depending on the pressure, temperature, and temperature of the regeneration gas. Generally, dry gas at 200-350°C is passed through a molecular sieve bed at a pressure of 0.3-0.5kg/cm2 for 3 to 4 hours, the outlet temperature is 110-180°C, and cooled.

2. Relieve tissue problems: replace organic matter with water vapor, then remove water.
