3A Molecular Sieve Balls For Natural Gas Dehydration

Molecular sieve is a kind of aluminosilicate microporous crystal, which has the characteristics of uniform pore size and extremely high specific surface area, good thermal stability, strong adsorption performance, large internal surface area and high strength. Due to their different uses, molecular sieves are divided into 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X, 13X APG, 13X HP, calcium X, and lithium molecular sieves.
Advantage:
Selective adsorption according to the size and shape of the molecule, that is, only those molecules smaller than the pore size of the molecular sieve are adsorbed. For small polar molecules and unsaturated molecules, it has selective adsorption performance. The greater the polarity, the higher the degree of unsaturation, the stronger the selective adsorption and the strong water absorption. Even at higher temperature, higher air velocity and lower water content, there is still a fairly high water absorption capacity.
CHEMXIN 3A molecular sieve is an alkali metal aluminosilicate with a pore size of 3 angstroms (0.3nm) and is the potassium form of the A-type crystal structure. It is mainly used to adsorb water, and does not adsorb any molecules with a diameter greater than 3A. CHEMXIN 3A molecular sieve has the advantages of faster adsorption speed, more regeneration times, higher crushing strength, stronger anti-pollution ability, greater utilization efficiency and longer service life. It is the first choice desiccant for deep drying, refining and polymerization of gas and liquid in petroleum and chemical industries.

a) Drying of unsaturated hydrocarbons (e.g. ethylene, propylene, butadien)
b) Cracked Gas Drying
c) Drying of natural gas, if COS minimization is essential, or a minimum co-adsorption of hydrocarbons is required.
d) Drying of highly polar compounds, such as methanol and ethanol
e) Drying of liquid alcohol
f) Static, (non-regenerative) dehydration of insulating glass units, whether air filled or gas-filled.
