The batch in question will be operated according to the engineering opinion, so that it finally meets the shipping standard. If a batch cannot be processed, it will be destroyed. Among them, the water content of packaging is a main point that our customers have always been very concerned about, so how do we test it?

1.Use an electronic balance accurate to 4 decimal places to weigh m1 of the porcelain crucible with a lid.

2. Put the Molecular Sieve Powder into the porcelain crucible and cover it. Using an electronic balance accurate to 4 decimal places, weigh the weight m2 of "Molecular Sieve Powder + porcelain crucible with lid".

3. Put the porcelain crucible containing the Molecular Sieve Powder (the lid of the cup is open and put it in the furnace) into the muffle furnace, and bake it at 550 ℃ for 1 hour.

4.Take out the porcelain crucible from the muffle furnace (cover it), put it into an orange silica gel desiccator, and cool it.

5.Using an electronic balance accurate to 4 decimal places, weigh the weight m3 of "Molecular Sieve Powder after firing and cooling + porcelain crucible with lid".

6. The formula for calculating the moisture content of the package: (m2-m3) ÷ (m2-m1) × 100%. That is, the weight of moisture content for the percentage of the weight of Molecular Sieve Powder.
