Industrial oxygen generator equipment principle


Pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator is an automatic equipment that uses molecular sieve as adsorbent, utilizes the principles of pressurized adsorption and depressurization desorption to adsorb and release oxygen from the air, thus separating oxygen. Molecular sieve is a spherical granular adsorbent filled with micropores on the surface and inside. Its pore-shaped characteristics enable it to achieve dynamic separation of oxygen and nitrogen. The separation effect of molecular sieves on O2 and N2 is based on the small difference in the dynamic diameters of the two gases. N2 molecules have a faster diffusion rate in the pores of the molecular sieve, and O2 molecules have a slower diffusion rate. The diffusion of water and CO2 in compressed air is not much different from that of nitrogen. Finally, oxygen molecules are enriched from the adsorption tower.

 

Application field of industrial oxygen generator


Large factory, aquaculture oxygen production, oxygenation, dissolved oxygen, supporting large ozone machine, disinfection, sterilization, algae removal, etc. Can also be used for:

(1) Electric furnace steelmaking: decarburization, oxygen combustion heating, foam slag melting, metallurgical control and subsequent heating.

(2) Wastewater treatment: Oxygen-enriched aeration of activated sludge, tank aeration and ozone sterilization.

(3) Field cutting construction: Oxygen-enriched for the cutting of field steel pipes and steel plates, mobile or small oxygen generators can meet the requirements.

(4) Sewage treatment, smelting of non-ferrous metals: smelting steel, zinc, nickel, lead, etc. need to use oxygen-rich, PSA method is gradually replacing the cryogenic method.

(5) Glass melting: Oxygen assists combustion and dissolution, cutting, increasing glass output and extending furnace life.

(6) Pulp bleaching and papermaking: Chlorine bleaching is converted to oxygen-enriched bleaching to provide cheap oxygen.

(7) Ore processing: used in gold and other production processes, which can increase the extraction rate of precious metals.

(8) For fermentation: Fudai replaces air to supply oxygen for aerobic fermentation, which can greatly improve efficiency.

(9) Drinking water: provide oxygen to the ozone generator for oxygen sterilization.

(10) Oxygen for petrochemical and chemical industry: Oxygen reaction in the process of petroleum and chemical industry uses oxygen-enriched air instead of air for oxidation reaction, which can increase the reaction speed and the output of chemical products.
