Why the Molecular Sieve, Activated Alumina adsorbents will be powdered during using? Do you have the same experience that pulverization or crushed on the adsorbents?
There are three main points:
1, When crushing strength of the adsorbents is less than the working pressure, the materials would be crushed easier.
2, If the Molecular Sieve,Activated Alumina got wet for long term, there is no doubt that it will be powdered during working.
3, If materials do not full fill into the machine, it might increase friction then crushed when the gas go through the Molecular Sieve or Activated Alumina.
Therefore, how to avoid particle pulverization?
1, Please choose the suitable molecular sieve and activated alumina for your machines, different sizes different strength, larger beads is better for larger devices.
2, Please regenerate immediately while moisture.
3, Please use the vibrator when install the material and make sure full fill into the tanks.
