KA101 Activated Alumina For Carbon Dioxide Removal From Ethylene
KA101 activated alumina adsorbent is a composite adsorbent with alumina as the basic carrier, which adopts the principle of physical adsorption. It can adsorb COS, H2S, CS2, CO2, and H2O in the gas phase of hydrocarbons.
Application:
1. In the production process of polyethylene, it can effectively adsorb TBC, H2O and catalyst residues.
2. In the production process of polyethylene, polypropylene, and styrene, it can selectively adsorb COS, CO2, and H2S to prevent downstream catalyst poisoning, thereby extending the service life of the catalyst.
3. It can selectively adsorb CO2, C2-C4, sulfur-containing compounds, etc. in all hydrocarbon materials.
