1. Mass transfer mechanism: In the packing layer, the solute in the gas enters the liquid phase by diffusion, convection, etc., or the solute in the liquid phase enters the gas phase. The high specific surface area and complex flow path of plastic iso-saddle ring packing promote this process and increase the mass transfer rate.
2. Heat transfer mechanism: In tower operation accompanied by heat exchange, plastic iso-saddle ring packing can also effectively promote heat transfer. The contact and mixing of the gas and liquid phases in the packing layer enables the heat to be quickly transferred from the high-temperature phase to the low-temperature phase, achieving heat balance.
