76mm 89mm CPVC PVDF plastic pall ring for stripping
Product Description.
Pall ring packing has the advantages of large flux, low resistance, high separation efficiency and great operating flexibility. Under the same pressure reduction, the processing capacity can be more than 50% greater than that of Raschig ring. At the same processing capacity, the pressure reduction can be reduced by half, and the mass transfer efficiency can be increased by about 20%. Compared with Raschig rings, this kind of packing has the characteristics of large production capacity, low resistance, and large operating elasticity. Under normal circumstances, the pressure drop can be 50%-99% greater than that of Raschig rings at the same pressure drop. The west ring is 50%-70% smaller, and the tower height also reduces pressure. The use of Pall rings can provide about 20%-40% more packing volume than the Raxi ring.
Plastic materials include: PP polypropylene, RPP reinforced polypropylene, CPVC reinforced polyvinyl chloride, PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene, PE polyethylene, PVC polyvinyl chloride, PVDF polyfluoroethylene, and PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene.
