Product Description.
In industrial production, the dryness of compressed air is usually expressed by the dew point temperature, which refers to the temperature at which water vapor begins to condense through cooling and turns from vapor to liquid. The normal air compressor adsorption drying dew point is generally around -40℃, but since the industrial requirements for gas drying are different, if you want a lower and more stable dew point, you need to load molecular sieve desiccant at this time.
Chemxin 4A molecular sieve is the most widely used and largest installed desiccant for air compressors, and the dew point can reach around -70℃. It has the characteristics of strong selective adsorption capacity, large total adsorption amount, more regeneration times, high adsorption efficiency, and not easy to break.
Through the principle of pressure swing adsorption, the moisture in the air is effectively removed to achieve the drying effect, thereby ensuring the quality and production efficiency of the product. It is suitable for some chemical plants such as plastics and electronics, which have higher requirements for gas drying.

2. Typical Application:
- Used in air compressors for drying gas;

3. Regeneration:
Chemxin molecular sieve Type 4A can be regenerated by either heating in the case of thermal swing processes; or by lowering the pressure in the case of pressure swing processes.
To remove moisture from a 4A molecular sieve, a temperature of 250-280°C is required. A properly regenerated molecular sieve can give moisture dew points below -100°C. The outlet concentrations on a pressure swing process will depend on the gas present, and on the conditions of the process

To avoid damp and pre-adsorption of organic before running, or must to be reactivated.
