Molecular Sieve Powder For Polyurethane Products
Molecular sieve activated powder is a white powder, which is formed after deep processing and activation of artificially synthesized molecular sieve raw powder.
Because the molecular sieve raw powder loses moisture during the high-temperature roasting process, the molecular sieve activated powder has a strong adsorption capacity and can be directly applied in the production of products as an adsorbent with selective adsorption.
Molecular sieve activated powder and material mixed dispersion adsorption, is an amorphous desiccant. It can absorb impurities such as moisture that affect product quality without changing the physical and chemical properties of the product itself.
CHEMXIN molecular sieve powder has good dispersibility, fast adsorption speed, and strong adsorption capacity, which can significantly reduce the moisture in the material and eliminate air bubbles; it can improve the uniformity and strength of the material and extend the service life.
Application fields:
1. Used as an amorphous desiccant in the insulating glass composite strip
2. Used in polyurethane products (coatings, adhesives, sealants) to avoid foam and prolong the service life.
3. In the additives or aggregates of coatings, paints, resins and some adhesives, it can reduce moisture, eliminate air bubbles, and improve material uniformity and strength.
4. As a selective adsorbent, it can be added to specific polymers or coatings to absorb CO2, H2S and other gases produced during the production process.
