Adsorbent Activated Alumina For H2O2 Hydrogen Peroxide Anthraquinone

Hydrogen peroxide is an oxidizing agent, which is widely used in bleaching, organic synthesis, electroplating, sewage treatment, chemical medicine, electronics, cosmetics and other industries in papermaking and textile industries. Activated alumina balls are used in the hydrogenation solution regeneration bed and clay bed in the hydrogen peroxide production process. The role of the hydrogenation solution regeneration bed is to regenerate the anthraquinone degradation products in the hydrogenation solution, and the role of the clay bed is to regenerate the possible formation of Anthraquinone degradation products and potassium carbonate solution droplets in the adsorption working solution. It can be seen that activated alumina balls play a significant role in the production of hydrogen peroxide, mainly dealkalization adsorption and anthraquinone regeneration agent.
